Prof. Dr. Enny Nurbaningsih, S.H., M.Hum. 

Prof. Dr. Enny Nurbaningsih, S.H., M.Hum. (born June 27, 1962) is an Indonesian judge. She began her tenure as a Constitutional Justice of the Republic of Indonesia on August 13, 2018. Enny was the Head of the National Legal Development Agency and an academic at Gadjah Mada University before becoming a constitutional judge. Enny is not only a teacher, but she is also actively involved in organizations related to her legal studies, specifically constitutional law, such as Parliament Watch, which she founded in 1998 with Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court for the 2008-2013 term, Mahfud MD. Enny’s career journey in the legal world is getting longer with her involvement in the process of restructuring regulations at both the regional and national levels. Enny’s seriousness in exploring regulatory arrangements is because she feels that this is very much needed by Indonesia. From there, he was often asked to be a resource person to become a related expert.
